軌道式集裝箱門式起重機主要有以下特點(dian):
①起(qi)升(sheng)速(su)(su)度較(jiao)(jiao)低而大(da)車(che)運行(xing)速(su)(su)度較(jiao)(jiao)高(gao)(gao)。根(gen)據集裝箱堆場的需求,軌道式(shi)集裝箱門(men)式(shi)起(qi)重機起(qi)升(sheng)高(gao)(gao)度按堆三(san)過四或堆四過五來確定(ding),由于起(qi)升(sheng)高(gao)(gao)度不(bu)高(gao)(gao),因此起(qi)升(sheng)速(su)(su)度相應地較(jiao)(jiao)低。但集裝箱堆場一般(ban)沿(yan)運行(xing)軌道方向長度較(jiao)(jiao)長,為達(da)到一定(ding)的生產率,大(da)車(che)運行(xing)速(su)(su)度較(jiao)(jiao)高(gao)(gao)。
②小(xiao)車(che)(che)運(yun)行(xing)速度可(ke)(ke)根據(ju)橋架(jia)跨(kua)度和兩(liang)端外伸距確定(ding)。當跨(kua)度及懸(xuan)臂長度較小(xiao)時,小(xiao)車(che)(che)運(yun)行(xing)速度和生(sheng)產率(lv)要(yao)求相對可(ke)(ke)取較小(xiao)值。當跨(kua)度較大,懸(xuan)臂長度也較大時,小(xiao)車(che)(che)運(yun)行(xing)速度可(ke)(ke)相應提高以滿足(zu)生(sheng)產率(lv)要(yao)求。
③當跨度(du)超(chao)過40m時,大車高(gao)速運(yun)行(xing)(xing)過程中,由(you)于兩側門腿運(yun)行(xing)(xing)阻(zu)力(li)不同(tong)將(jiang)會發生偏(pian)移,為此設置同(tong)步(bu)裝置,通過電(dian)氣控(kong)制系(xi)統保持兩側運(yun)行(xing)(xing)機(ji)構運(yun)行(xing)(xing)速度(du)的同(tong)步(bu)。
④為(wei)滿(man)足(zu)較(jiao)高的使(shi)用要(yao)求,電(dian)氣(qi)(qi)驅動(dong)(dong)(dong)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)統(tong)采用晶閘管直(zhi)(zhi)流(liu)(liu)或交(jiao)流(liu)(liu)調(diao)速驅動(dong)(dong)(dong)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)統(tong),以(yi)(yi)達到較(jiao)好的調(diao)速和控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)性能(neng)。電(dian)氣(qi)(qi)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)統(tong)也(ye)可采用常(chang)規(gui)交(jiao)流(liu)(liu)渦流(liu)(liu)調(diao)速控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)或交(jiao)流(liu)(liu)定子(zi)調(diao)壓(ya)調(diao)速驅動(dong)(dong)(dong)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)統(tong)。對于速度較(jiao)高的大(da)(da)車運行機構的電(dian)氣(qi)(qi)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)統(tong),通常(chang)用帶電(dian)氣(qi)(qi)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)的晶閘管直(zhi)(zhi)流(liu)(liu)、交(jiao)流(liu)(liu)調(diao)速控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)統(tong)或交(jiao)流(liu)(liu)定子(zi)調(diao)壓(ya)調(diao)速控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)統(tong),避免采用常(chang)規(gui)電(dian)氣(qi)(qi)驅動(dong)(dong)(dong)系(xi)統(tong)中運行停車時(shi)靠(kao)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)器(qi)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)的方式,以(yi)(yi)免給整機帶來(lai)巨大(da)(da)沖(chong)擊(ji)。
